Warzone Ping Heatmap nor working

Hi, for the last 3 days I´ve been trying to use the warzone heatmap but all of the 34 servers appear as failed. How can I fix this?

For warzone all failed as well, for cold war I get 5 succesfully and 36 failed.

We're aware of this, they keep updating their server information every day. This subsequently means we also need to update our cloud to keep up, we're working on a more permanent fix but I'll see if the team can get a cloud update out today as well.
