Internet cuts out when I change the filtering mode

When ever I switch filtering mode on or off my internet shuts down temporarily then have to wait a few minutes for it to re boot

That shouldn't happen at all, can you provide a screenshot of how you've got the Geo-Filter setup for devices?

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I have attached a photo

Delete it from the Geo-Filter, go to the Device Manager and give it the PlayStation device type, go back to the Geo-Filter and add it with the manual service and see if it is any better
