Geofilter Error

When I play Killer Instinct (Xbox) with IPV6\WAN on I run into this error.

This issue doesn't happen with any other games or consoles.

Turning off IPV6\WAN fixes the issue.

Troubleshooting steps I've tried:  reinstalled firmware / factory reset & cleaned cache - removing & adding the Xbox Consoles from the filter

That's an odd one, what web browser are you using? Do you see it in an Incognito window?

Just to clarify, with IPv6 enabled and using another game it doesn't happen - just Killer Instinct and WAN IPv6 combined?

I'm using Edge.

Incognito window has the same issue.

Yes it's only Killer Instinct when IPV6/WAN is on.

I've not seen the issue with any other game or console.

A game doesn't impact the Geo-Filter especially when using a generic service like console so this is a bit bizarre. Do you get it on any other browsers? If you press okay does it disappear and can you continue to use the Geo-Filter? 

Could you try disabling QoS fully please and see if it happens still?

I've tried Edge & Chrome.

Both have the issue.

If I click ok the error it just keep coming back until I remove the console & add it back.

Disabling QOS has no effect.

Noticed this error before the previous one.

So photo 1 then after clicking ok photo 2.

Have you got any servers/peers in allow/deny? If so can you delete them all please and see if you get the same issue

When the error appears, right click the box, go to inspect element and on the window that appears click the console tab and take a screenshot please

Yes it is but can you scroll up to the red error as well please? 

I'm assuming the missing IP entries are the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses of the two Xboxes you've added? Could you check when the issue happens and see whether they appear offline on the Device Manager please?
