Can’t connect to internet

I went to get on the /DumaOS/ main site and it wanted me to sign in and I couldn’t remember if I did that before or not. So I reset my router and signed in with admin/password but now it’s not connecting me to the internet. It tells me to enter the security key for the R2 so I put in the password on the back of the router and it says that’s incorrect.

Follow the password conversion method here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work and then you should be able to connect to WiFi, access the interface and go through the setup wizard
