After a short period of time I got another message, that my parcel was brought to the customs office and that I have to name them my company. I am a private user buying this for my private gaming network. How did this happen? Furthermore I see that my address is not correct. You changed my house number from 4 to 5? This really sucks... I've looked into your order and the waybill associated with it and nothing is out of the ordinary, so I'm not sure why customs would've held it up. If they can't accept your response that you're not using this for business purposes, let me know and I can reach out to them. Looking at the order information, none of the details entered have been changed on our side, I'd suggest in your response to the customs office you also request the address be changed.
