Hi,

 

ive been using express VPN for months with no issues, wanted to move over to cyberghost  but every time i try to connect it says failed?

 

cyberghost were asking for specific firmare of my router before they help so im abit stuck.

 

i followed the steps exactly from the cyberghost website but no joy.

Could you provide the config you’re using? We may need to edit it to get it working. Do they support OpenVPN version 2.3.4?
