Sivart Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 I’ve been trying to connect my NetDuma R2 after buying it off EBay and I cannot connect on my phone at all. I have an Ethernet connection as of right now but nothing as far as WiFi or even the ability to see it on WiFi.

I'd recommend that you hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds, release, then wait 2 minutes and then try to connect. There is no way to tell what state the previous user left it in so best to start how you would if you were to buy it directly from us.
Sivart Posted June 13, 2021 Author Posted June 13, 2021 I've reset it a few times trying to see if that will work but no dice on my end. I can still connect through my PC on ethernet but nothing on wifi. Ive been also trying to access the IP they have in the book but that doesnt work either
