Follow the password conversion method here, can you then connect to complete the setup wizard? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 29, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 29, 2021 Does the Mac allow you to connect to the WiFi even if you don't have an internet connection? If so on the WiFi settings can you take a screenshot of the IP address details it gives you please? Also to double check, what is the default password as printed on the router and what was the converted password you tried?

It show‘s always „connection failed“ I just have a little bit of time before he kicks me out of the wifi and if I open the browser in this time and go to 192.168.77.1 he says „no internet conection“ IMG_2123.MOV
