Elgeoff Posted April 27, 2021 Share Posted April 27, 2021 Hi I have a netduma R2 for a couple months now. Sometime, it happened that my connection says that there is no "internet available". I get out of the wifi and get back in a couple times and it solves the problem. But now I have the "internet not available" and I can't get my connection anymore. It puts a exclamation mark beside my connection on my android phone. 1- I contacted my internet provider and it's says that the modem is okay. Seems true because I can get internet via wire in the modem. 2- I reboot the modem, the netduma and still the same problem 3- Reboot, factory reset.. not working 4- there is no wifi available on any on my equipment.
