jimmyalbrecht
I have a constant issue with rapps not loading. This router has a lot of useful features, but I can't use them because the apps hardly load. I have to reboot my router 10+ times a day to use the features. What I've tried: -Downgrading to last firmware -Reinstalling new firmware and old firmware -Factory Reset -Changing retries to 5 It's extremely frustrating not being able to use the router without constant reboots, and I'm thinking about refunding. *Update* Now even rebooting isn't working. I sit on the dashboard after reboot and I get the same message there even after a factory reset.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 27, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 27, 2021 Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What pages specifically fail to load? Do you leave the interface open for extended periods of time?
jimmyalbrecht
When the issue occurs it is all of them. And sometimes I do leave it open. Am I not supposed to?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 27, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 27, 2021 Can you unpin all panels from the dashboard please and only leave the interface open when you're using it i.e. watching the Geo-Filter while playing, changing settings etc and see if you encounter it less? You can, I'm wondering if leaving it on unnecessarily for awhile causes the issue
jimmyalbrecht
So I only leave it open when I'm using it like the geo-filter for playing. That is usually when it breaks.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 27, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 27, 2021 What is the modem/router model the R2 is connected to? How is the R2 connected to power, direct to an outlet or using an extender?
