JDS10 Posted April 26, 2021 Share Posted April 26, 2021 Hi, When clicking on 'Add Device' in the geo filter nothing happens. Lately using NetDuma there have been a lot of buggy issues. Loading into the interface to getting can't load Rapp. And now i can't add a device. I have rebooted several times and still the same...when i go into Geo filter i just get 'uncaught unmatched device' any help would be great? Could you please go to System information and under the three line menu in Installed Rapps, set the number of retries to 5. Reboot the R2 again after this and see if this helps.
