Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 28, 2021 Administrators Posted April 28, 2021 Unplugging it lets residual power drain so that can help if there was some sort of power outage/surge that caused the issue to happen. I usually recommend unplugging for 10 minutes for this purpose but I have seen in the past unplugging the router for 24 hours can pull some routers back from the brink.
ItsPokoton Posted April 29, 2021 Author Posted April 29, 2021 Hey what is the next step with this problem I had the netduma r2 disconnect for about 26 hrs and still not working, also is not on my end because I had spectrum come in yesterday and they swap my modem and re did the connection outside thinking that will help and it did the same just now i was able to do what you suggested and it connected and disconnect same way as before. 😑

The email address you used to order or your address will be fine - basically some personal details on the order that they can find the order with will be fine
