unstable connection constantly help?

Lets start by saying I'm using the R2 with the latest update 3.0.205  i have a DSL connection typically 6 down 0.5 up and in the past I've had no problems playing I've noticed more recently my connection on my main game warzone is super unstable no matter what I do regarding QOS i have at&t modem running to the r2 all home connection running through the r2,  my pc is using a cat5e when i run connection benchmarks tests  I've noticed my upload ping is just outragedly high constantly  in auto QOS its starts out over 600ms every time seem like no matter how Meany times I've run auto QOS and try the settings I'm still having packet loss and ping will jump all over the place I'm honestly starting  to wonder if its my ethernet cable or possibly something wrong on at&t side of things because it never was like this when I got my router . any idea why I'm getting 2mbps in the photo which is not normal I've restarted my router and my ping test will sometime be way better stable 20ms A+ all test but the speed test which is because I only have a 6 mbps connection now this is not every time i reboot my router and modem but sometimes looking for any help thanks.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

The Ping Test is unaffected by QoS and is an indication of the quality of your line and that's where you're getting the packet loss so it could be:

1. The ethernet cable connecting the R2 to the modem
2. The modem
3. The ISP/routing

So would suggest trying a different cable first, then if possible a different modem or contacting the ISP and see if they can do anything
