Keaton Horo Posted April 10, 2021 Share Posted April 10, 2021 Hello. Just became a proud owner of the R2 series. Followed setup for the most part and got the Hybrid VPN working. However, when it is connected I have a double NAT on my Xbox. I am honestly not sure how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated! Edit: I had DMZ enabled for a static IP on my Xbox and that opened the NAT. However I am wary of keeping it on DMZ enabled. Is there a work around that I am just not seeing? Thank you. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 10, 2021 Using a VPN can often result in a double NAT or strict NAT and can be hard to get it open. If you have managed this with the DMZ then I would suggest you keep it that way as I think it will be unlikely you get it open using UPnP or port forwarding.
