craig Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 Everything was working ok until this morning when I turned it on it was asking for a wifi password so I put in the wifi password and it just wouldn't connect, got the message The Wi-Fi network "NetdumaR2 requires a wpa2 password" I have tried all the trouble shooting methods eg factory reset, the password conversion method along with a few other things but had no such luck connecting. Select the option to set it up manually but then skip through that, complete the wizard then go to Settings > WAN > Network > DHCP and apply the settings and see if the connection comes back Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 10, 2021 I've got that as well, is it in router mode - i.e. is it providing WiFi or have you put it in modem mode? Hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds, then release and wait 2 minutes before accessing. The converted password should work and that should allow you to get through the setup wizard and get internet. If you change the WiFi details while connected to WiFi you will need to reconnect to it using the new credentials before you can continue. No need to apologize, we'll get you sorted!
