However, if this doesn't appear to work, please follow this guide: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-my-new-netduma-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work This is an issue we're aware of and are planning to fix with the next firmware update.
