Have no clue where my order is.

I am curious to why I was charged a 1 day express shipment when it has been more than 2 days and my NetDuma has not been shipped out yet. If this might be because of the location of where I am at my you please let me know. Will it take some time for it to be shipped?

I'm wondering the same thing. Ordered one Thursday night & have no info on shipping

It is 1 working day shipping and as it has been the Easter holidays and the weekend it won't have been possible to ship it. You can email [email protected] to get an update on your order.

I have sent out emails, and have gotten no replies back. About a hour ago I got dhl shipping conformation but with no order number to track. I assume that means it will be delivered to me tomorrow, I just wan't to know roughly when it will get there so I won't miss the sign off.

The tracking will update in a few hours and you will get that information so you can see when it will be delivered
