No connection detected sky fibre

so my r2 just arrived i have setup the router the way your video on youtube suggests, but when i run the setup wizard i get no connection detected any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you used another router previously with the sky hub prior to the R2? If you reboot the R2 from the interface do you get a connection?
