Miguel davis Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 I try setting up the vpn HideMyAss with my account that i have purchased with said company and it always comes up as failed, logged in accurately with both username and password but sais failed every time
Handyian09 Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 i had the same issues what i had to do was do it on the advanced side what vpn do you have? i had to actually configure it myself but all i had to do was copy and paste the info

Sorry to hear that, as suggested above could you please download the OVPN file for HMA and use this in the advanced setup? Let us know if that works.
