BenjaminW Posted March 27, 2021 Posted March 27, 2021 Hey, I purchased a netdumaR2 back in January, I waited three months for it to arrive, now it’s arrived it won’t let me connect to it at all, I am seeing the net duma on my internet connection but when I try to connect it says “cannot connect to network” I’ve tried to reset, power cycle, connected via Ethernet cable and nothing works, after waiting this long I am getting really frustrated especially after wasting hour on reading forums and trying things to fix this. help please 😞
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 27, 2021 Administrators Posted March 27, 2021 Have you been through the Setup Wizard yet/been able to access it? Open Command Prompt on your PC and type ipconfig then post the results here please.
