Kenny_123 Posted March 26, 2021 Posted March 26, 2021 Hello, I recently updated my XR500 and it no longer loads videos I have stored on My USB. I can transfer files to and from the device but they fail to play on VLC Player could anyone help?

Kenny_123 Posted March 26, 2021 Author Posted March 26, 2021 Thank you, Unsure as to what Firmware I was on. I last updated around September last year but upgraded to Firmware Version: V2.3.2.114 today
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 27, 2021 Administrators Posted March 27, 2021 Did you factory reset after upgrading? If not I would recommend you do so as it will remove old low level code from the previous version which could cause issues

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 27, 2021 Administrators Posted March 27, 2021 I think you'll need to make a ticket with Netgear unfortunately at support.netgear.com You can try disabling QoS fully but I'm not sure that would make a difference.
