Problem with R2

I followed the installation guide in the letter,
 my r2 turns on: power supply, internet, port 1 on my computer. 
The wifi is not working and I cannot connect to the address 192.168.77.1. 
and my internet box cannot see the r2 and my computer either.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you unplug the WAN/internet cable from the R2 that's connecting it to the modem and while still connected to your PC run another ipconfig and post the results please.

If you access 192.168.1.1 in your web browser, what do you see, can you take a screenshot please?

Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, then wait 2 minutes and see if the WiFi appears/whether you can access 192.168.77.1 in your web browser.

Set a static IP on the PC itself using this information and this guide (control panel) https://pureinfotech.com/set-static-ip-address-windows-10/

then see if you can access the interface please.

I tried, the internet is cut and impossible to access the address of the r2, it does not work either

Could you unplug the router from power for 10 minutes please - this lets residual power drain, then connect it up and try again
