TonyS
Currently I have my Geofilter set up in Washington to connect to those Warzone servers, however I have noticed that I keep pulling up Ping Assist servers/players on the East coast, Virginia and Ohio. Is this typical or do I need to adjust some of my settings? When I do my ping test, my ping to the Washington server is 15, so I shouldn't need any type of assistance. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 24, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 24, 2021 What platform are you playing on? Turn Ping Assist to 0 and make sure you've set up your settings before you've launched the game. If you can provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter page as well that will help. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 24, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 24, 2021 Okay great, keep us posted. I'd also suggest you do this before you start playing: Hard turn off the console Remove device from Geo-Filter Flush cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu (if you get a too long message, wait 1 minute then refresh the page and it will have applied) Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Setup the Geo-Filter how you like and put Ping Assist to 0 Wait 2 minutes Boot up the client/game
