[email protected] Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 When i connect to R2 it won't connect to internet. I'm not tech savvy either, I'm sure that doesn't help. I went through the setup wizard upon first connecting but even after setup nothing working. My current modem is panoramic provided by cox communications. Looked for model # but nothing on modem to identify it. I've worked through a couple of other discussions to see if any of it would help but unfortunately it didn't. Do you have access to the interface now you've completed the wizard? If so, go to the System Information page, does it show a WAN IP? The panoramic, is it in modem/bridge mode or anything like that? It says I'm not connected securely and pops up a username and password to be able to connect. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 23, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 23, 2021 The username/password that pops up you need to put in admin & password - though if you went through the setup wizard it may not be this anymore as you would've been given an option to change it. Try it though and let us know. Otherwise you'll need to hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release, wait 2 minutes. Then access, use admin / password then in the setup wizard when you have the option make a note of the user/pass you change it to or just input the same default details.
