Not able to gain access to router

Hello there, upon updating my router to the newest firmware. I fatctory reset my Netduma and wasnt able to sign back in. Instead of the usual onboarding I was getting the screen to access the admin settings instead. I'm not sure what to do or how to bypass this screen to get actual access. It will also say that the wibsite cannot be reached even though my ISP is in bridge mode.

It would appear that the R2 didn't reset properly, could you try holding the reset pin on the back of the R2 for thirty seconds and then allow it a few minutes to reset?

I'd also suggest then clearing browser cache!
