Kunj Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Just got my R2 today, everything is working fine but a few times today it has crashed, all the lights except power go off, all I do to fix it is unplug and plug back in. can someone help me with why its crashing/disconnecting
Netduma Liam Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear that, is the R2 getting power directly from an outlet on the wall or is it plugged into a power strip? We'd always suggest having it connected directly at the wall. Also, what's the make and model of your modem?
