When I force the geo filter only in the two servers in Spain it does not find me a game. So the ping tyest from warzone is just for informational purposes? I can't choose or force the game to the server I want?

It seems it is only activated during peak times/weekends etc when the population level of the game is very high/when they have high server load. I would recommend you keep a polygon over that area so whenever it is available you have the chance to get it but focus on trying to force the servers that you get 24-28ms on.
