DT1717
EDIT: SOLVED: After another reset of the device this is now all working. Hi, I purchased the Netduma R2 a couple of months ago only just got round to setting it up due to moving house. Previously used the Netduma R1 and this worked great! Out of the box the Netduma R2 will not allow devices to connect wirelessly. Windows 10 laptop message “Unable to connect to this network" and iPhone message "Unable to join the network" I have the cat-6 Ethernet cable connected to my BT Home Hub device (this is currently not in modem mode) the power and internet have full red lights and the 2.4 and 5 GHz are flashing red so everything appears to be correct. I have also tried connecting to the Netduma R2 without the internet port connection back to the BT home hub but still the same issue. I have tried connecting a network cable from a laptop to the Netduma R2 the light appears on the port 1-4 to indicate the laptop is connected but I am not getting any ip address. I have tried setting a static address of 192.168.77.2 on my laptop with the gateway as 192.168.77.1 but still unable to connect to the http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos/ page. I have also tried resetting the device by holding the reset button for 30 seconds but the issue is still the same. Any support or advice would be great as I am keen to get the Netduma setup and running.
