97LH
Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help. I’ve followed the manual in the box and can see the Netduma is available but when connected there is no internet. It’s the same when wired into my PC. My Virgin Hub is in modem mode and it still won’t work. any suggestions?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you accessed the R2 interface and completed the setup wizard? If not you will need to do that first before you're able to get internet.
97LH
Oh yes that’s worked. Thanks for the help. The geofilter still doesn’t seem to be working to find warzone games though unfortunately
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2021 That's great to hear! Could you provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter page please? Then I can best advise on what may need to be changed.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2021 Do this please: Quit the game/client completely - including from the System Tray Remove device from Geo-Filter Go to the Device Manager and give your PC the PlayStation device type Flush cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option Setup the Geo-Filter how you would like Wait 2 minutes Boot up the client/game Keep in mind that you may want to move the radius over to the left a bit more to get more of the popular servers. 97LH
Unfortunately I'm unable to get onto Device Manager for some reason. The message I get is "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute." EDIT: I now for some reason can't access the dumaos nor getting into any lobby. The dumaos is asking for username and password which should be admin password but doesnt seem to be working.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2021 You would have had the opportunity to change the interface credentials during the setup wizard, if you didn't then the password may be blank, try that. Otherwise you'll need to hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access. Make sure to then change the credentials and try again.
