timiko Posted March 9, 2021 Share Posted March 9, 2021 I got my r2 earlier today and can’t get it to work. Won’t connect to wifi i get a “connection failed”, can’t start the set up. I have it plugged in like, modem > r2 > xbox and my xbox has internet only through ethernet. Trying to connect on my laptop , i also get an “IP address is not valid” i am beyond frustrated. Connect your laptop via ethernet if possible to the router and access 192.168.77.1 in your web browser and then see if you can complete the setup wizard.
