kBOTTY4242 Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 I bought the Netduma R2 to use the geo filtering feature on Madden 21. However, the geo filter causes the game to not allow you to find matches as you get stuck in a infinite search when someone is blocked from your game. Basically, it seems that me and a opponent match up, opponent gets blocked, and the game is stuck in that same match. Not a problem with the R2 but with Madden itself. I wanted to see if I could return the router as I have no use for it.

I have sent an email to [email protected] in order to request a refund and gave them my order # as well and a link to my forum discussion with my issues that have been unresolved. I havent heard back yet. I sent it yesterday.
