zprater32 Posted March 2, 2021 Posted March 2, 2021 Hello, I’ve had my R2 for a few months. Yesterday, my ISP accidentally shut off my account. Everything is fine now on the ISP side, but the router will not detect the internet. I’ve tried rebooting, factory resets, etc. During the setup wizard, it simply says “Could not detect internet connection”. Any suggestions? ZP
zprater32 Posted March 2, 2021 Author Posted March 2, 2021 I’ve been reading some other threads and this seems like a common issue the last week or so. What do I need to do to get a replacement? I’ve tried all the steps in other threads.

We need to diagnose a fault before a replacement can be made. What steps have you taken so far? What is your exact physical setup? Do you have a pure modem (no wifi) or a modem/router (wifi)? In WAN Settings if you apply DHCP does it bring back the internet? Does System Information show the router getting an IP address?
