In Windows Settings go to Gaming, the go to Xbox Networking, wait for it to do the test - what does the NAT say? If it fails, click fix it and do the test again, what does it say then? If it is then open check it on the game

nat type: teredo not found suitable
this may prevent you from playing multiplayer games
server connection is blocked

when ı press fix it its says :we tried to solve the problem. Select check again to try to connect again. You may need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

ı click the check again  and reset my pc still same

What is the Asus plugged into exactly - a modem/ONT? If you connect the R2 directly to that do you get an Open NAT?

Asus Ac52u My ISP Modem turns copper dsl cable into internet. My duma directly connect to my asus dsl modem.

Can you put the Asus into modem mode and see if you get an Open NAT then?

my friend, thank you very sincerely for your help.
my problem has been resolved and I am very happy about it. It's sad that he took me to work for 3 days but it finally happened.
I ticked a ridiculous option and now open nat
