help with setup

I am so confused with setup , I have plugged into port 1, but still cannot connect to netduma app.

can you access the web browser that way?

nope i just reset both my modem and router , it says no internet connection, when i input cable to other port it connects to internet. however, 192.168.77.1 is not reachable.

I am attaching few images to give you better idea of what i am talking about i can access the internet but cant access, netduma app or via 192.168.77.1

not to be rude but i waited 2 months for this product and really getting frustrated with this. i was super excited to get this working but now i am getting annoyed. read few other threads and  i think i am having similar issue to this

You need to connect the black ethernet cable from the yellow port into the blue port on the R2 instead. Then either via WiFi or from an ethernet cable in your PC to one of the yellow ports on the R2 try accessing the interface again please.
