Xr1000 not connecting to interface via wireless/ lan even after factory resetting

This router is so frustrating man 

yesterday I went back to Best Buy to exchange it for a new one and now I’m experiencing the same problem everything was going well after I set it up through the nighthawk app but the moment I tried connecting to the interface via lan on pc everything went to shit again

I’ve tried every troubleshooting step I can think of and can’t get this to work 

someone please help!!!!!
