NawMateYou Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 I've not had any internet come from my netduma R2 all day. i've reset it about 4/5 times and also turned it all off at the wall. any help is much appreciated.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 11, 2021 Administrators Posted January 11, 2021 Unplug the ethernet cable from the WAN port (blue), reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then connect the cable back again, wait 1 minute or so and see if the connection is restored.
NawMateYou Posted January 11, 2021 Author Posted January 11, 2021 Still nothing is working. When i click into my internet and try and fix it, its comes up with ( computer correctly configured but device or DNS server is not responding.

If not you need to do so before you can connect. If you have then does the R2 report a WAN IP in System Information?
