Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 11, 2021 Unplug the ethernet cable from the WAN port (blue), reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then connect the cable back again, wait 1 minute or so and see if the connection is restored. When i click into my internet and try and fix it, its comes up with ( computer correctly configured but device or DNS server is not responding.
