Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 7, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Are you able to connect a PC via ethernet to the router and then setup that way? When you've completed the setup wizard you can then connect your devices via wifi with the details you've set. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 7, 2021 You don't need access to the internet to access the interface, what does it say when you try to use the interface? Try this please, you won't have internet while you do this. Connect the R2 LAN port to your ISP modem/router WAN/Internet port. Then connect to the ISP modem/router WiFi and go to 192.168.77.1 in the web browser and that should take you through to the R2 setup wizard. From there you can change the WiFi password. Once you've completed the wizard then plug it back in the regular way and connect to the R2 WiFi.
DanBogle
That didn't work either it won't all ow me to even open the web browser. What is your return policy because I'm not paying 150.00 for a brick.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2021 Opening a web browser is something to do with your PC not your router/internet. That should definitely definitely work above. We can get a USB to ethernet adapter shipped to you and that would work. Once it's setup it should be fine.
