Wankertank Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Anyone have the error The R-app is not loaded yet for the Geofilter page? I am running the XR300 in wireless bridge mode. I have yet to get the geofilter page to work but everything else does. thanks!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 6, 2021 Administrators Posted January 6, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, rebooting the router should resolve this problem and allow you to access it.
Wankertank Posted January 7, 2021 Author Posted January 7, 2021 Hmmm didn’t seem to change anything, is it because it’s in bridge mode?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2021 Administrators Posted January 7, 2021 Can you explain what you mean by the XR300 itself is in wireless bridge mode, do you mean AP mode or do you mean your ISP modem is bridged to the XR300?
Wankertank Posted January 7, 2021 Author Posted January 7, 2021 Thanks! the XR300 is bridge wirelessly to my Asus mesh router which is connected to the ISP modem.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2021 Administrators Posted January 7, 2021 Ah okay thanks, no that shouldn't affect it. What firmware version are you using currently? In the System Information page on the Rapp panel options, change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot please.
Wankertank Posted January 8, 2021 Author Posted January 8, 2021 Unfortunately it still shows the same error message.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2021 Administrators Posted January 8, 2021 Can you provide a screenshot of your entire screen please on the Geo-Filter page, including the web browser?
Wankertank Posted January 8, 2021 Author Posted January 8, 2021 So I directly connected the XR300 to the modem instead of using a wireless bridge and the Geofilter loaded fine, must be some kind of issue when in wireless bridge mode the Geofilter doesn't like to work.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2021 Administrators Posted January 8, 2021 Okay great! It would be a better setup to do modem > XR > mesh because then the XR can control the whole network.
