JDS10 Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 Hi, Set the NDR2 up as specified in the booklet, can get to the interface afyer skipping initial setup and couldn't detect Internet connection. Under network status in the dashboard it says WAN IP disconnect. My main ISP router is connected to the NetDuma correctly. My ISP router is technicolor TG589vac v2. Can someone please help me get this set up correctly please. Thanks J

If you access the Technicolor does it show the R2 as a connected device? Is the Technicolor still in router mode or have you bridged it for example? Do you know if you require anything like PPPoE etc to gain a connection?
