Ping Heatmap - Support Domain Names

Allow using domain names when adding a custom list for the ping heatmap so IP's don't have to be adjusted.

Useful for things like checking ping on VPN providers where IP's could be subject to change.

Depending on how the internal mechanism works this could indirectly add IPv6 support?
