Netduma R1 interface Won't load

Hallo guys, I bought today a Netduma R1, I have been trying to access the interface via 192.168.88.1 it does not load, I have tried different browsers with no success. I have followed the instructions to reset still not working when I ping the IP 192.168.88.1 it works, I am already very frustrated with the situation, please Help me

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please try accessing using an incognito browser window and through both of these links and see if that gains you access, even if you think you've tried them please click them here specifically:

I have tried both and didn't work.

Basically, I have tried almost everything from the forum

 

Any idea what that mean ?

Give your PC a static IP address:

IP - 192.168.88.2
Subnet - 255.255.255.0 
Gateway - 192.168.88.1 

and then try to access the router.

still Not able  to access it.

I'm not sure there is much we can do as we don't sell it anymore and I'm assuming you bought it from eBay so it might be they sold it broken. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release then wait 1-2 minutes and try to access again.
