BlakeLouis Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 Pinging gives me a General Failure. Can't hard reset it with the reset button. I keep pressing it but there is no beeping sound. The only way I get a beeping sound is when I press the reset button first and power it after, but still nothing happens. What can I do?

Could you provide a screenshot please? Are you able to access the interface? If so I would recommend doing a factory reset via the interface rather than the hardware. You can do this by going to Settings > Miscellaneous. Alternatively to use the button on the back of the router you need to hold it for 30 seconds as opposed to pressing it and then wait 1-2 minutes for it to boot up.
