For the last 2 days i am unable to get the RAPP loading..

I have tried reboot. Full system reset of route.

Downgraded to dumaos-2.1.3.29.sig  and the app works.

Upgraded back to DumaOS-R1-Release-3.0.171-071020.sig and still wont load RAPP

Error logs are as follows

Did you do a factory reset after upgrading to the beta? If not I would suggest doing that as it is a massive jump in firmware. Also after you've done that, in System Information in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot the router and see if that resolves it.
