Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. First make sure you've upgraded to the latest firmware here: https://kb.netgear.com/000062562/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-50 

We usually recommend a factory reset after an upgrade for a fresh install as it is more likely less issues will occur but isn't mandatory. If it happens after that reboot the router and it should load correctly.
