Before you start adjusting any settings I'd recommend you upgrade to the latest firmware and then when that is completed to a factory reset: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/33236-announcement-new-r2-firmware-30179/ What is your exact physical setup i.e. what is the R2 connected to and what is the model of that modem/router? Once upgraded click the ? icon at the top of each page and for some (the most important like QoS & Geo-Filter) they will have specific tours for those pages to help you understand them. If you have any other questions after that we can help. For NAT, UPnP is automatically enabled and should allow you to get an Open NAT on multiple devices.
