Device Manager, removal of an online device

Hello all, I have a quick question regarding the device manager. My XR700 is showing 2 wired devices that are "online" connected to the LAN. The problem is, there is nothing wired into my router except for 3 other devices and those 3 are showing up as well. I can't remove the 2 unwanted devices because I get the "unable to delete because device is online". I've blocked both devices but I still can't delete them. Does anyone else come across this issue and what is the fix?

If you reboot the router then you will be able to delete them, nothing else you can do other than that - unless you know what they're referring to.
