I called geek squad to see if maybe they can do it and they said to contact my router company due to it being a sig file, you would have to remote in. Access the router interface, click the 3 dots icon in the top right of the interface, go to update and upload the sig file there to upgrade. Hey @Netduma Fraser, im unable to update my firmware in this manner. When i click the firmware update, select the file, it prompts me with a message saying "Please assign the correct file. Thanks The XR450 doesn't use sig files, those are only for our routers.
