Boss RuBiX
Can't update to the new firmware due to it being a sig file.. I called geek squad to see if maybe they can do it and they said to contact my router company due to it being a sig file, you would have to remote in. Sorry for any inconvenience
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 22, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 22, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Access the router interface, click the 3 dots icon in the top right of the interface, go to update and upload the sig file there to upgrade. Thanks The XR450 doesn't use sig files, those are only for our routers. IIDoomSlayerII
I had this same issue my router ultimately it was at the end of its life just stopped working correctly not responding haveing to constant reboot could not update my r2 was 5 years old lol mt experience with duma the software is not were it should be it's just to over priced for the software to have so many issues that also effects the quality of your connection severely and the hardware is mid grade which also effects your connection quality if your running 1gps or higher i would not recommend useing duma over my 5 years with duma it was nothing but a hassle I had to reboot once a week because the router just stopped working and some functions in the software do not work as they should your better off buying a tplink be3600 for 99 bucks that will blow the r3 out of the water I it was a fun experience with duma but I will never buy another duma again you can get better software and hardware for less money 💰
