when i play game of bo4  i find this ports ..ext.ports wats mean @Netduma Fraser  can i use these ports for traffic prioritization

Those are the external ports, you could use them yes if you want to experiment and see if it works for you.

  For example Source start 1 end 65535..  The destination  Port start 3074 

end 3127 @Netduma Fraser

The external ports shown there would actually be the source ports so they're already covered be 1-65535 but if you want to make manual ports then change the Destination ports to the internal ports shown there.
