The past 2 weeks Netduma R2 isn’t giving me full bandwidth. I have created a massive case with my isp to investigate what’s going on but I realized my isp isn’t the problem. Bandwidth is caped at 320mbps or less. I have upgraded to the latest firmware. Auto setup up bandwidth, Adjusted bandwidth speed for long period of time to find the right percentage and still no more then 320 mbps. I have a docsis 3.1 modem with 2 ports. Modem Ethernet port 1 is wired to R2 and modem port 2 wired to pc.  I run speed test on pc and gives me 700mbps +. I tried just using port 1 on modem to router and still same results.

No settings were changed in LAN besides reserved ip for my devices.

I also notice that I have to save applied settings more then once because it wouldn’t save. For instance if I turn on DNS override and save to apply settings,  Most times it wouldn’t save and not only that at time of upgrading firmware especially factory reset router, nothing seems to changed onto what anything was applied.

As for troubleshooting on my end , I turned on Wi-Fi on pc connected to R2 WiFi (2g/5g) when I run speed test on ookla and isp website. The results I get is under 100mbps but when I run a speed test on r2, it’s Results are again capped at 320.

past 2 weeks I have factory reset router, downgrade and update firmware.  Troubleshoot PCs network adapters/drivers. How can I fix on receiving bandwidth I’m provided.

seems like the R2 is stuck on 300mbps, no matter what’s applied and changed. Even after upgrading and downgrading firmware

Can I turn off ipv6. I requested for ipv6 to be enabled from my isp as I thought this is could’ve been the issue but I was told they don’t have a way to enable it.  It was just a thought, because when I’m on R2 WiFi and go to status I see 3 ipv6 addresses with random numbers and letters.  I’m new to this.  Which I only want is to use geo filter, Lower and stabilize Ping to enjoy online gaming.  I got my PS5 and boy oh boy the lag and delayed input is atrocious.

You're welcome and thank you!

So the issue is really the speed shown on Connection Benchmark? If so you can ignore that for the moment as it isn't showing higher speeds correctly but we'll be improving upon that, the router will actually be getting what you've seen on speedtest.net.

You can disable IPv6 in the Settings page, as soon as it loads there will be one on the left and one on the right, disable each and apply on each. For WiFi speeds/stability we are working on that at the moment. Experimenting with the width options may allow you to get higher speeds through it.

wifi is not an issue because i never use, i tested it out just to trouble shoot results. even though you say its the benchmark just showing that speed and accurate on speedtest.net, any device connected to R2 is only picking what's showing in benchmark not speedtest.net

testing speed test on ps5 is less then the benchmark results
