GeoFilter and added Friends

Hi,

I have one Problem. I added my Buddys Ip (we both have cable Internet and IPs don’t Switch often) in the GeoFilter Filter Settings and the GeoFilter was off. After I turned GeoFilter On and restarted my PS4 and started a PSN VoiceChat with him, we can‘t hear each other. When I turn Geo-Filter Off again and restarted our Chat, we can here each other. If I turn then the GeoFilter On again we still hear each other.

My Problem is, if I understand it correct, the GeoFilter must be On before I start my Console or the GeoFilter don’t work correct. If I restart my PS4 with GeoFilter Settings ON we have the same Problem with the PSN VoiceChat

Is this correct and why we have this Problem? My NAT Type is open, his is Moderate and his Console/Ip is in the GeoFilter Radius. We live near by

When you try to connect to him and it doesn't work do you see anything blocked appear on the map? If so you will need to allow that and then it should work. It could be a chat server potentially.
